Hi, I’m Nicole Wiley, a licensed social worker with over 18 years of experience dedicated to helping individuals, families, active duty service men and women, and veterans overcome life’s challenges. Based in St. Paul, MN, I bring a compassionate, evidence-based approach to every interaction, creating a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing.
My professional journey has been diverse and fulfilling, from working with homeless veterans facing mental health and substance abuse challenges to providing crisis intervention, family counseling, and support for anxiety disorders. I’ve also served in child welfare, acute psychiatric care, and career counseling roles. Beyond my direct practice, I’ve shared my knowledge as an educator, teaching university-level psychology and human behavior courses for eight years.
I hold an Independent Social Worker License with Supervisor designation (LISW-S) and a Certified Social Worker in Health Care Certification from the NASW. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Alabama State University and my Master’s degree from The Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University.
My passion lies in empowering clients to take courageous steps toward achieving a fulfilling and balanced life. With respect, sensitivity, and a tailored counseling approach, I’m here to support and guide you on your journey.

Hi, I’m Ulanda Wiley, a proud Saint Paul, MN, native and the owner and provider at Infinite Financial Solutions LLC and Infinite Community Resource Center. With over 10 years of experience as a Case Manager and Community Health Worker, along with 2+ years as a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist Supervisor, I’m dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening our community.
My mission is to serve the public by equipping people with the tools and resources they need to thrive. Through my work, I aim to help others achieve success, build resilience, and create a stronger, more connected community.
